Implantological and oral surgical techniques
Hands-on human cadaver course

Course description

80% of the course will be hands-on and 20% will be presentations and technical explanations. A maximum of two participants will be assigned to each cadaver skull. The cadavers will be fresh, not embalmed, facilitating lifelike simulation of the surgical procedures.

Course objective

Participants will be given an opportunity to update their knowledge of oral anatomy through a riskless exploration of fresh, non-embalmed human cadaver skulls. By performing the necessary implant-bed preparation and implant-placement procedures, the participants will learn more about their feasibility but also their limits.
